MULTAN: Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf’s decision to lock down Islamabad on November 2 is another attempt to harm China-Pakistan Economic Corridor project.

Senior politician Javed Hashmi said this while addressing journalists at his residence in Multan on Wednesday.

He said, “Imran Khan never gives importance to CPEC and is a hindrance in the development of the country.”

Only a witch can talk this way, says Khursheed Shah

“I have no concern with Nawaz Sharif or with the extension of General Raheel Shareef’s tenure. My only concern is the development of my country,” he further said. While speaking about the sit-in, Javed said there would be no victory and no loss on November 2. “If any kind of intervention was made, it will harm Pakistan,” he maintained. However, he opined army would never take over as they know running a government is the job of civilian government. He said Imran Khan was ruining the future of the country for his personal motives.

He said India was benefitting from our internal disorders. “We are being ruined due to conspiracies of internal and external enemies,” he added.

“These conspiracies are not linked with Nawaz Sharif, Imran Khan or General Raheel Sharif but with CPEC project,” Javed Hashmi said.

Expressing views on Panama leaks issue, he said transparent investigation must be held and if the decision goes against the prime minister, he must be given punishment.

In epic slugfest, Shahbaz, Imran turn up the heat

On the occasion, he clarified, “I have not contacted the PML-N since I left the party. All rumours about joining the party again are wrong.”  The senior politician said I would support Hafiz Saeed on Kashmir issue.

He advised PTI chief not to harm the country on the suggestions of others. He said Imran Khan never takes decisions on his own but relies on others for important decisions.

yasin | 7 years ago | Reply IK is playing in the hands of people like sh rashid,ch's of gujrat, qadri who have personal vendetta against NS, power hungry tareen and qureshi who are not ready to wait for one year when through democratic process PTI will be in power. These elements wants military take over to have their share in the cake. If this happens, NS will be leaving with a history of becoming 3 time PM and will not be at much loss but IK will die with unfullfiled desire to become PM. Sooner IK understand this dirty game, better it will be for him and PTI. It seems either he has no trust on SC or he knows that his case is too weak to earn any favorable decision and thus trying to resort to undemocratic and unconstitutional means to topple the government.
JB | 7 years ago | Reply @Razi he is fighting alone for all of us. You are willing to keep a thief as your leader and you call IK's movement based on ego?? Nawaz Sharif is unqualified to be a PM as PER THE CONSTITUTION due to the Panama leaks, and you just want to cast that point aside??
