ABBOTABAD: Chief of Tehreek Suba Hazara Party (TSHP),  Baba Sardar Haider Zaman,  has warned the provincial government against severe public reaction if they continued their opposition to the multi-billion
China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).

Addressing a press conference in Abbottabad on Tuesday, he said that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-led provincial government has been constantly opposing the $46 billion project for the last several months claiming the argument that  the province was being deprived of the project’s benefits.

"Don't they consider Hazara division as part of K-P? If so they must accept its independent status as a separate province," he asked adding that opposition to CPEC had exposed the real face of PTI.

Waleed | 7 years ago | Reply Totally agree with Baba Haider Zaman. The CPEC will benefit entire Hazara Division and the KPK govt keeps saying this project won't benefit KPK. This is only because Hazara isn't a pashtu speaking division.
