Streamlining: EOBI pensioners facilitated via ATMs
Pensioners hailing from other cities can register in any branch of Bank Alfalah till Nov 30

The pensioners of Employees Old Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) from various districts have started receiving their pension through Automated Teller Machines (ATM) card. The registration process of pensioners with Alfalah Bank from Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Peshawar, Karachi, Hyderabad, Lahore, Multan, Gujranwala, Faisalabad and Quetta, started from May 23, and was completed on September 30. The pensioners hailing from these cities have started receiving pension from Oct 1. Pensioners hailing from other cities can register in any branch of Bank Alfalah till Nov 30 and would start receiving pensions through ATM cards from Dec 1, the official said.
