QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Sanaulah Khan Zehri on Monday said every effort will be made to solve the problems of civil servants.

He expressed these views in the Civil Secretariat Quetta during the oath-taking ceremony of the Balochistan Civil Secretariat Staff Association. During the ceremony, employees of the civil secretariat presented their problems and demands to the chief minister.

“Public servants should help government solve their problems through talks rather than conducting strike which is not a good action to be taken,” he added.

Zehri after listening to the problems said: “Balochistan is yours and you’re the future of it. For the sake of progress of the province we have to be united to work together.

“Our government will try to listen to legal demands of the employees,” he assured.

The chief minister added that we will try to solve the problems of people and employees on priority, adding that, “The present government has tried to recruit people on merit.”

He warned the employees against taking the path of agitation to try to address their problems “as the house of CM is always open for them to solve their problems”.

Meanwhile, the chief minister announced ambulance service and construction of a dispensary as well as allocating funds for the Secretary School.
