MULTAN: Two persons were deprived of cash and motorcycle at gunpoint in separate incidents on Monday. The police said Tariq Mehmood, a resident of Khawaja Colony, was travelling on his motorcycle when two armed men intercepted him at Railway Road within Bohar Gate police station limits. The outlaws snatched his motorcycle, Rs2,000 and mobile phone and fled. In another incident, Muhammad Sharif was travelling with his family in the precincts of Basti Malook police station when three robbers snatched Rs20,000 and jewellery at gunpoint from the family.
