A sessions court on Monday granted bail-before-arrest to a man allegedly involved in kidnapping a 15-year-old girl.
The girl S* had gone missing from her home in Banigala on August 13. Her father* had lodged a complaint against Sabir Khan, Khurshid Ali and Farman for having kidnapped his daughter.
However, before the police could arrest him, Khurshid obtained an interim bail from the district and session court. Additional District and Sessions Judge Raja Khurram Ali Khan heard the Ali’s petition on Monday and granted the bail plea. The same court had also accepted pre-arrest bail petition of Muhammad Akram, who had been booked by the Lohi Bher police for possessing an unlicensed weapon last year. *NAMES WITHHELD TO PROTECT IDENTITY
