The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge headed to Vancouver for the day. Kate went Canadiana in a white Alexander McQueen dress with red embroidery. The pleated dress was modified from the original Resort 2017 collection, toning down the puffy sleeves, but keeping the shape of the dress. The fashionista paired the look with red L K Bennett heels and a red Miu Miu box clutch. Needless to say, she looked every bit a royal.
Kate went for simple style with her short-sleeved midi day dress. The bow at the neck and gold buttons added a bit of fun to her minimalistic outfit. The full skirt had plenty of movement as she walked, adding a spring to her step. We love how she opted for nude accessories — providing the perfect contrast to the bottle green dress. Her light brown tresses fell over her shoulders with a perfect outward blow-dry.
At the historic ceremony with Canadian First Nations groups and British Columbia politicians, the 34-year-old style icon continued her fashion ode to Canada. Kate slipped into a red off-the-shoulder Preen by Thornton Bregazzi pleated midi dress. The detail in this dress, with its asymmetric neckline and on the shoulder straps complemented by diagonal draping on the bodice reminiscent of a royal sash, made it extra special. Kate pulled her hair back in a chignon and again accessorised her look with a maple leaf brooch and stunning pearl Soru earrings.
