The test comprises rounds of tasks timed to see which phone outperforms the other.

Halfway through the video, it becomes evident that the Note is doomed. The iPhone executes each task in half the time it takes the former. The race concludes with the iPhone taking one minute and 40 seconds with the Note clocking in just over three minutes.
