Corporate corner: Pakistani startups attract foreign investors 

A special Pakistan pavilion will be provided for the Pakistani teams

KARACHI: For the first time, Pakistan is making a debut in GITEX Startups Movement. This global startup movement will host participants from 40+ countries.  Participation from Pakistan is being sponsored by the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) with support of the Pakistan Software Houses Association (P@sha). About six promising startups are confirmed to participate after clearing the selection process at the event scheduled from 16-20 October 2016 in the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). A special Pakistan pavilion will be provided for the Pakistani teams where they will be showcasing their business to global investors and mentors.
