PESHAWAR: The Khyber Teaching Hospital (KTH) administration has been holding sessions to discuss health issues and progress in the health sector. “We ask doctors to attend the session,” KTH Medical Director Professor Dr Roohul Muqim told The Express Tribune. “We call experts of a specified specialty to share details from their field with young doctors.” Not only doctors from Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, he added, but those known for their services in other provinces also give lectures at KTH. He said experts will also discuss day-to-day problems as well. He added the session was held on a weekly basis. They also hold a monthly session at Khyber Medical College where students are also in attendance.
