LAHORE: Chief Secretary Zahid Saeed directed divisional commissioners on Thursday to utilise all-available resources to prevent an outbreak of Congo fever at cattle markets. He was chairing a meeting via video link to review cleanliness arrangements for Eidul Azha. He ordered that special teams of Livestock Department be formed to spray animals at cattle markets and city entrances and exits. He directed that cattle markets be regulated and arrangements for drinking water and shade be made there.
