Anything but low key: Hiddleston to become yet another Swift song

Star couple breaks up following a very public, albeit brief affair

When Taylor Swift got together with actor Tom Hiddleston during the summer this year, people joked that she probably needed new ideas for an album. Perhaps they were right, because the crooner recently announced her break up with the Thor star after a highly publicised, short lived affair.

The former couple officially announced the end of their relationship on Tuesday, but there’s quite a bit of bitterness involved from both ends, reported Mirror. One can only imagine the smile on Calvin Harris’ face right now. According to Swift’s friends, the Grammy award-winning singer grew frustrated after she suspected that Hiddleston was only using her to amplify his public image. She was also not okay with him trying to make their relationship very public. The actor on the other hand, simply stated that he had become tired of her. “Taylor is in her mid-twenties and enjoys dating men. So what? She’ll carry on until one of them turns out to be the real deal. She’s not pressing any panic button yet,” shared a source close to Swift. “She’s frustrated that he turned out to be a different person than she originally thought. She will also not be giving too much thought to all the talk about her history of brief relationships.”

With all the pictures, the trips and tours, and not to mention the often overwhelming amount of public displays of affection that were involved, one could’ve easily expected the alter to be the next step for their relationship. But it seems either Swift is extremely difficult to please, or very easily bored. Nonetheless, one thing is for sure, there is probably a new album coming up later this year and she only has Hiddleston to thank for it.
