Demands proper use: Minister points to K-P’s natural resources

The federal government is not paying royalties on the use of gas, electricity, coal and water of the province

PESHAWAR: The provincial government should utilise the energy resources of the province to ensure prosperity and development so that the damage done by the previous government could be made up for.

This was said by Minister for LG Inayatullah Khan and stated in a handout. Inayatullah was speaking at a meeting of JI in Noorkhel, Upper Dir on Sunday. While addressing the gathering, Inayatullah was cited as saying that the federal government was not paying royalties on the use of gas, electricity, coal and water of the province.
