Drug addiction: Court seeks comments from Shahdara SHO

LAHORE: An additional district and sessions judge on Saturday sought comments from the Shahdara SHO on a petition seeking registration of a case against some unidentified drug addicts.

Petitioner Muhammad Majeed submitted that some drug addicts would gather at a plot next to his house and use drugs. He said that some people of the locality had told them not to gather there, but they had instead threatened them with consequences. He said that some people had then visited the local police station, but the SHO did not listen to them.
