A colourful ground-breaking ceremony was organised by Chen One Luxury Apartments and Homes (CHOLAH) in this regard.
Addressing the function, ChenOne Chairman Mian Muhammad Latif said the project would be constructed over five acres along Canal Road. He said the location was free of pollution and easily accessible.
“Three basements have been allocated for parking. The ground floor will have a lobby, a restaurant, laundry and service area,” he said.
He said the building would consist of 15 floors. A 50-seat cinema would be a part of this project.
He said security and sports facilities would also be provided.
