SIALKOT:
A gang allegedly kidnapped a 15-year-old girl in Sialkot for the second time in the last five months.

According to the victim's family, the gang stormed their house on the night of August 27 in Sialkot, demanding the family to withdraw the rape case registered against them. The suspects allegedly tortured the family members when they refused to withdraw the case and abducted the girl once again.

The girl, whose father is a labourer, is a resident of Daska’s Siraanwali village.

According to sources, an FIR (291/2016) was lodged at the Satrah police station against the suspects on behalf of the victim’s mother. Satrah police officials had earlier registered a rape case under sections 365-B and 376 PPC against one of the suspects.

The 15-year-old's mother said the family had previously filed a complaint after the suspects kidnapped and raped her daughter, yet police officials failed to arrest the perpetrators who have repeated the crime.
