You may remember the two Pakistani sisters who were spotted singing Justin Bieber’s rendition Baby last year. The sisters have made a powerful comeback, and this time with a jaw-dropping mashup.

Despite a lack of resources, Pakistan has incredible singers like this duo who surface on social media every now and then to prove that nothing is impossible.

The video shows girls in a studio performing on a number of mesmerising songs alongside a man who provides the male voice to the song.

The girls begin with Helena Josefsson’s Broken Angel with the help of some background music being played.

One of the girls then seamlessly sings a part of Noor Jehan’s Punjabi song Jadon Holi Jayi Lenda Mera Naam.

It was impressive to see how these girls aced bilingual singing during the mashup, from English to Punjabi.

The unheard plight of Pakistani playback singers

After a Pakistani rickshaw driver managed to win praises and now this duo, maybe it’s time for Pakistan’s music industry to give such budding talented singers a chance to sing on a bigger platform.
