Unexplained Circumstances: Man shot dead

WAH: A man was shot dead under unexplained circumstances within the Wah Saddar police limits on Wednesday. The victim was identified as Gulistan Khan, a resident of Nowshera. The local police said that unidentified armed assailants intercepted Khan outside a shop in Wah Saddar and shot at him and fled. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital but he had died on the way. The incident came to light when the Motorway Police controller heard the firing near his office and informed the local police who reached the spot and found Khan in a pool of blood.
