Woman seeks FIR against ‘kidnapper, rapist’

She submitted the FIR on May 5, when her son had gone missing

LAHORE: An additional district and sessions judge on Monday sought comments from the Sabzazar SHO on a petition filed by a woman seeking a case against a man for kidnapping her child, raping her and filming the assault.

She submitted that on May 5, her son had gone missing.

Later, she said, she had received a call from a man who introduced himself as Adil.

“He informed me that he had kidnapped my son and asked for Rs400,000 in ransom.”

She said she had handed him the amount at a park who had then told her to wait for her son who never showed up.

She said a few hours later he had called her again and told her to go to Marghazar Chowk.

She said when she had gone there he had told her to sit in his car. “He drove me to an unfamiliar place where he raped me and filmed the assault.

Court summons SHO on corruption charges

She said he had later handed her her son but continued to blackmail her. “He used the video to blackmail me and rape me.” She said when she had told her husband, who was abroad, about this he had asked her to register an FIR against the man. She said she had requested the SHO to register an FIR but he had done nothing in this regard. She requested the court to direct the SHO to register an FIR against him.
