
The three-day event carries a lucrative purse of Rs3 million, including Rs2.3m for professionals, Rs500,000 for senior professionals and Rs200,000 for junior professionals. A Suzuki Swift is also up for grabs for whoever secures a hole-in-one.
Shabbir Iqbal is the defending champion, having won last year’s edition thanks to his 13-under-par 203.

“I will be looking forward to defending my title,” said Shabbir. “This could be the toughest of the three tournaments recently held in Karachi and will decide the country’s top golfer.”
