ISLAMABAD: Justice Qazi Faiz Isa of the Supreme Court observed on Saturday that victims of the Quetta bombing have set an example of brotherhood, friendship, humanity and implementation of law.

“They were, and are the leaders of the law and the Constitution,” he said, adding that the legal fraternity would continue extending help in the provision of justice.

Justice Isa served as chief justice of Balochistan High Court for more than five years before his elevation to the apex court last year.

Quoting a Quranic verse, Justice Isa said that whoever kills a person kills the whole humanity. “But Allah has asked us to be patient,” he added, pointing out that the killers had no enmity with the deceased and only chose the place to accomplish their goal.
