Climbing the ladder: DSPs promoted to SP rank

PESHAWAR: The provincial government has promoted seven DSPs to the rank of Superintendents of Police on an acting charge basis with immediate effect. This was stated in a handout issued on Tuesday. The decision was taken on the recommendations of the departmental selection board. The officers who have been promoted are Inayatullah, Kifayatullah, Iftikharuddin, Riaz Ahmad, Abdul Hayee, Ali Rehmat and Zulfiqar Ahmad Tanoli.
