The Way Forward: Reforms to boost industrialisation

PESHAWAR: The provincial government has introduced reforms in all sectors for industrialisation of the province. This was said by Chief Minister Pervez Khatak. According to a handout, he was speaking to Ambassador to Spain Carlos Morales. Khatak added investment opportunities will emerge under the industrial policy. “The government has focused on industrial reforms,” the document cited him as saying.  He added existing industrial zones have been upgraded while 16 new industrial zones were being established. He said this will provide opportunities for foreign investment in the region. Khattak also assured Sanchez that the government was ready to ensure the security of foreign investors.
