KARACHI: Saim Ayub's half-century helped Custom Cricket Academy (CCA) win the 26th Rajiv Gandhi Champions League 2016 as they beat the Tamil Nadu team in the final played in Chennai, India.

Batting first, CCA posted 129 in their 20 overs as Saim starred with his 56-run knock, while those around him struggled. The only able support he got was an 18-run cameo from Badar Qureshi.

In reply, Tamil Nadu were dismissed for 87 as Shayam Sundar top-scored with 38. Qureshi and Zohaib Masood were the pick of the  CCA's bowlers as both took two wickets apiece.
