Hafeez the highest earning Pakistani cricketer
PCB paid some 46 cricketers around Rs550 million for the fiscal year 2015-16
Pakistan opening batsman Mohammad Hafeez is the highest earner among his colleagues for the year 2015-16, after he took home approximately Rs39 million from Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Press Trust of India reported on Thursday.
According to documents sent by the PCB to the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Co-ordination for the fiscal year 2015-16, it paid some 46 cricketers around Rs550 million as their fees and bonuses for all formats of the game.

Players representing the national side in all three formats are among the highest earners. Wicketkeeper-batsman Sarfraz Ahmed earned around Rs33 million rupees, whereas former T20I captain Shahid Afridi earned Rs18 million.
The documents also confirmed that the board is heavily subsidising domestic cricket.
