Will not tolerate land grabbing in Shandur, says Chitral district nazim

CHITRAL: The district nazim of Chitral Maghfirat Shah has said he will not tolerate illegal occupation of land in Shandur. "We will give all sort of sacrifices for the reacquiring of the land," he said in the All Parties’ Conference (APC) held on Monday. “The Gilgit-Baltistan (G-B) government wants to turn Chitral into FATA and Afghanistan, but we will not tolerate the forceful occupation and retake every inch of our land,” Shah said. He said Shandur was  property of the Chitral government for the last 800 years.
