Woman injured in landmine blast in Kurram

HANGU: A woman was injured in a landmine blast in Paiwar, Kurram Agency, near the area of Pak-Afghan border on Saturday.

The political administration officials told The Express Tribune the injured woman was rushed to Agency Headquarters Hospital Kurram in critical condition where the agency doctor said she was badly hurt in the blast.

After the incident, the political administration officials started a search operation in the area and arrested at least three suspects.
