The trailer of Momal Sheikh's debut Bollywood film Happy Bhaag Jayegi has been unveiled.

From the makers of Tanu Weds Manu, the upcoming movie looks seems to be a fun-filled entertainer.

The cross-border love story stars Diana Penty (Happy) and Abhay Deol (Bilal Ahmed) in lead roles. The tale of the 'great wedding escape' begins when Happy leaves Bagga, played by Jimmy Shergill, alone at the altar to runaway with the love of her life Guddu, played by Ali Fazal.

Abhay Deol-starrer 'Happy Bhaag Jaeygi' likely to have a Pakistan premier

But things take a new turn when Happy accidentally jumps on the wrong truck that lands her in Lahore, Pakistan.

She ends up in Bilal's house and they spark curiosity among his fiance, played by our very own Momal.

Happy apparently plays a happy-go-lucky girl and ends up inspiring Bilal, who then decides to help her out.

Stranger | 6 years ago | Reply Both Abhay Deol and Jimmy have not given hits for long . Hope this does not become a damp squib.
Bunny Rabbit | 6 years ago | Reply well Abhay Deol and Jimmy shergill might be good actors but now known to give big hits. I would keep my fingures crossed on this .
