PESHAWAR:
A recent research revealed that the US media has played a vital part in shaping the US foreign policy towards Pakistan. The study examines the stance towards US-Pakistan relationship after September 11, 2001. The research was conducted by Shumaila Farooq, a PhD scholar at the department of international relations at University of Peshawar. She presented her thesis on Wednesday during an event which was held at the university. Shumaila’s thesis was supervised by Professor Dr Ijaz Khan and Preston University VC Dr Anwar Hassan.
