Colleagues and senior civil servants lauded the services of former Punjab Police inspector-general Kamaluddin Tipu, who retired a few days ago. His colleagues and friends bade him farewell at a dinner at Islamabad Club the other day. His batch-mates from 16th common including Nafees Zakaria, Kaleem Imam, Ijaz Munir, Wajid Zia and others eulogised Tipu’s services. A grade-21 officer in the Police Service of Pakistan, Tipu served in various departments.
