It seems Pakistan captain Misbahul Haq is not the only one who caught everyone by surprise at Lord's on Thursday.

While many argue that chivalry is dead, left-arm fast bowler Wahab Riaz proved otherwise and caught the British media by surprise.

No one 'ruder' than a Pakistani: Wahab Riaz

During a post-match interview, Wahab was simultaneously asked questions from a male and a female reporter which confused the star cricketer for a moment but he then looked at both the reporters and promptly said, 'Ladies First.' He then winked at the male reporter and smiled at him surprising all media representatives.

That moment was one of the best of Wahab's press conference. His witty reply and that one wink made the press burst into laughter.

The cool and composed Wahab then proceeded to answering questions about the game and Amir's return to cricket.

Joe Root terms Wahab Riaz warning as ‘trash talk’

"Amir is back and he has served his punishment and there is no reason for anyone to run after him now. The senior players are taking him as their younger brother and that is it," Riaz said.
