It may not be the first time Geroge W Bush has raised eyebrows with his actions, but the former president of the United States shocked people, including the Obamas, at the memorial service for slain Dallas police officers.

At the somber affair, when everyone looked glum and bowed down in respect, the former US president appeared to be in a mood to party.   In a video of  the service which was attended by Barack and Michelle Obama, among others, Bush can be seen moving along with the music as the choir sang “The Battle Hymn of the Republic”.
