Tandoori Pizza Rolls

Pizza dough

Chicken breast – 1, cubed

Tandoori masalha – to taste

Onion – 1 small, chopped

Black olives – pitted and sliced

BBQ Sauce – for base

Mozzarella cheese – 1 cup, shredded

Cheddar cheese – ½ cup, shredded

Stir fry the chicken and sprinkle some tandoori masalha on it. When it is done, dish it out and sprinkle some more tandoori masalha to amp up the taste.

Then roll out a prepared pizza dough and spread some bbq sauce on it.

Next, add the cooked chicken, and then layer it with onions and olives.

Lastly, add cheeses. Now, grabbing the sides, roll it up and cut into pieces.

Grease a pizza pan and start putting the cut rolls on it. Bake at 380 F for 15 minutes or until it’s brown and crusty on the outside. Serve with your choice of sauces and pepper flakes.
