Facilitating consumers: No load-shedding on Eid: K-Electric

KARACHI: After several days of life without electricity following widespread power breakdowns in light of the monsoon rains, residents of the metropolis have been promised a ‘load-shedding free’ Eidul Fitr. The chief marketing and communication officer at K-Electric (KE), Fakhar Ahmed, told The Express Tribune that the power utility would try its best to provide maximum relief to consumers during Eid. He added that while keeping the arrival of Eid in mind, “KE has fixed all the faults caused during the pre-monsoon downpour last week and all the feeders and grid stations are currently in working condition.”
