Arrested: Drug-peddler held
The Kallar Syedan police arrested a suspected drug-peddler on Saturday and seized 1.27kg of hashish from his possession. Acting on a tip-off, the police intercepted Javed Akhtar at a checkpoint, and seized the hashish while searching his luggage.
