Reaching A Conclusion: Committee pacifies PMS officers

PESHAWAR: A meeting between a ministers’ committee and PMS officers was held on Wednesday to discuss the grievances of provincial civil servants.  A detailed discussion took place on the progress made up till that point. The association expressed its confidence in the ministers’ committee. However, it said overall credibility had been somewhat undermined by unwarranted postings and transfers in recent times. The ministers said all questionable posting or transfer orders of PMS officers would be withdrawn before Eid.
