Rape complaint: FIR sought for registering forged case

LAHORE: An additional district and sessions judge on Tuesday sought comments from the Gulshan-i-Ravi SHO on a petition filed by a man seeking the registration of an FIR against another man and several policemen for implicating his son in a false case. Petitioner Muhammad Akram said that his son, Shehbaz, used to teach Arabic to students at a school. “A girl student was injured after she fell from a ladder. Her family later accused the school teachers of raping her. Police arrested Shehbaz and 10 other teachers. Later, the medical report and DNA tests established that the girl had not been raped,” he said. He requested the court to register an FIR against the rape case complainant and policemen who had helped him.
