Blind cricket: Gujranwala reach semis

Sheikhupura, Gujranwala, Okara, Lahore reach semi-finals of National Blind Cricket Twenty20 Cup.

LAHORE: Sheikhupura, Gujranwala, Okara and Lahore have reached the semi-finals of the National Blind Cricket Twenty20 Cup.

Attock scored a mammoth 214 for seven before Gujranwala chased down the stiff target. Muhammad Sohail was the top scorer with 70 while Khurram Shahzad made 60. Gujranwala piled down the target in 13.1 overs. Muhammad Akram was the star for Gujranwala, scoring 123.

Meanwhile, Sheikhupura defeated Multan by nine wickets while chasing a paltry total of 89. Sheikhupura restricted Multan to 88 and in reply reached the target in just 6.3 overs.
