Last night, Fawad Khan hosted a special segment of the IIFA Awards taking place in Madrid this year. And as with everything else that he does, his act has set the world on fire.

The highlight of the night was the super romantic interaction between our prince charming and the reigning queen of Bollywood, Deepika Padukone.

Fawad was challenged by Karan Johar to woo Deepika and, as we know, the Kapoor and Sons actor is not the one to back down. He read out a few lines from the immensely popular Hindi song Roop tera mastana for Deepika who looked deadly in a black Swapnil Shinde gown.

"This is my ticket to Hollywood," he said jokingly before looking right into Deepika's eyes and going down on one knee creating a magical moment for all the fans out there.

Don't they look absolutely amazing together? Do we not want to see them in a movie?

YES!

Oh he also sang Kal ho na ho! Here's the video:

UPDATE:

OK so if you -- like us -- thought that was it, then here's a big, big surprise. Not just did Fawad go down on his knee for Deepika, but Deepika too went down on her knee for Fawad!

We bet you've not seen this photo yet:

A movie starring both of these needs to happen. Like RIGHT NOW.
