Weapons Seized: 18 suspects, five POs held

MARDAN: At least 18 suspects and five proclaimed offenders (PO) were arrested during a search and strike operation within the jurisdiction of Shergarh police station. According to a press release issued on Monday, FIRs were also registered against non-registered tenants. During the raid, two pistols and 39 bullets were also seized. According to the document, Shergarh SHO, RRF squad, elite forces, bomb disposal squad, policewomen and Mardan DSP conducted raids in areas adjacent to Shergarh police station. The operations were conducted on the directives of Mardan DPO Faisal Shehzad and were supervised by Mardan SP Operations Shafiullah Khan Gandapur and Takht Bhai DSP Saleem Riaz Khan.
