As he continues to flood our screens with Sultan promotions, what has caught us by surprise is Salman's new look for his next film, Tubelight. And we really need to discuss it.

First off, the shift from scruffy hair to spikes on that face is a no-no. Even though it is Salman the trendsetter, this hair cut does not do him justice.

The Sultan star could have easily pulled off the salt and pepper facial hair but the problem is that it comes in the form of a French beard, which makes him look aged and unusually weary.

It's not like Salman hasn't tried different hairstyles before.How can we forget his iconic middle-parting in Tere Naam.
