The five members included Shakeel Ahmad of Malakand, Yassen Khalil of Peshawar, Jamshed Khan Mohmand of Mardan and Abdul Karim Khan of Swabi.
Speaking to The Express Tribune, a PTI worker said the members had raised a voice for the rights of people and party.
“There was a clear degree of discrimination,” he said. “Some members were allotted a number of development schemes in their constituency while others were deprived of their rights.”
