Shah Rukh Khan just purchased a swanky white BMW i8 and he couldn't stop himself from getting behind the hot wheels.

The superstar drove around the streets of Mumbai as soon as the car was delivered to his house on Wednesday, reports Mumbai Mirror.

He was accompanied by his bodyguard while his chauffeur and another armed security guard drove in his usual car ahead of him.

“Shah Rukh has several fancy wheels, but his favourite is his BMW 7-series in which he always travels. Recently, he bought the latest model of the luxury automaker and its cost is pegged at around INR 3.3 crore," a source was quoted as saying, reports Mid-day.

He has also applied for a customised number plate bearing his lucky digits 555.
