KARACHI: Pakistan Academy of Letters (PAL) held a condolence meeting for researcher, writer and broadcaster Dr Aslam Farrukhi at their office on Thursday. Chairperson Dr Muhammad Qasim Bhugio expressed deep sorrow and grief over the demise of Farrukhi, according to a press statement issued on Thursday. Bhugio said that Farrukhi was one of the renowned intellectuals of Pakistan.
