Facilitating students: New academic block inaugurated
The institution has signed many contracts of mutual cooperation with foreign universities too
ISLAMABAD:
The International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) has launched new departments and an academic block to further facilitate its students. IIUI Spokesperson Dr Hafiz Abid Masood informed APP on Tuesday that the Faculty of Computing, Centre for Islam and International Media and a newly-constructed academic block for Faculty of Engineering and Technology were inaugurated. He further said that formation of a medical faculty was priority of the university and efforts were in full swing to make it possible in minimum duration. The institution, Masood said, had signed many contracts of mutual cooperation with foreign universities too.
