On Wednesday, Asif ridiculed Mazari for her appearance and voice, referring to her as a ‘tractor trolley’.

Irfan Qadir, former auditor general, commented that it was a first impression and such a case proceeding from the parliament had never come to the Supreme Court before. He said that the case would be a test for the Supreme Court. Given that Dr Mazari is a career politician who goes to the National Assembly as one of her workplaces, the legality for harassment at the workplace holds for her, Qadir said.
