Justice: 150-year jail term for acid attacker  

Akram had confessed to the crime during trial

MULTAN: A man was sentenced on Friday to 150 years imprisonment after he was convicted of throwing acid on three people. Anti-Terrorism Court Judge (ATC) Judge Muhammad Akram also directed the convict, Ameerullah, to pay a Rs3.1 million fine. Petitioner Ijaz Ahmed had moved the complaint on June 4, 2015 with Cantt police, saying his father had thrown acid on his mother Khurshid Bibi, his sister Zahida and a younger brother Zahid after quarrelling with them. Akram had confessed to the crime during trial.
