Sheesha ban: Top court asks AGs for report

The Punjab AG informed the court that a draft bill is being considered by the cabinet

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has sought a report from the federal and provincial governments regarding the ban on Sheesha. The court has resumed the proceedings of the suo motu notice taken over Sheesha smoking and seeks details from the federal and provincial advocates general (AGs). The counsel for Sindh informed that the chief minister has approved the bill regarding the ban and is now being considered by the assembly. The Punjab AG informed the court that a draft bill is being considered by the cabinet.
