Mystery solved: Three suspects nabbed in Swabi

SWABI: A murder mystery was solved by police as three suspects were arrested in Swabi on Wednesday.

SHO Asghar Khan said a dismembered and decomposed body was recovered a few days ago, from a well near Thand Koi, Swabi.

He added the body was shifted to the hospital and the victim was identified as Bakht Zada.

He said police registered a murder case and started an investigation.

The police official further said Swabi DPO Javed Iqbal constituted a police team to trace the culprits behind the murder.

He revealed that during the course of investigation, police managed to nab the suspects who were identified as Taj Bibi, Bakht Shah and Khanzada. Asghar Khan pointed out Taj Bibi was married to Bakht Zada, but she had a love affair with Bakht Shah.

Therefore, the woman and her two companions killed Bakht Zada with an axe and dumped his body in the well.
