Mohmand said the respondents failed to comply. He said posts of prosthetist and orthotist were advertised on April 1 and the last date to apply was April 15. The petitioner also applied for a position, but the management changed eligibility conditions a week after the last date through a corrigendum. The petitioner challenged the corrigendum and requested the court to declare it illegal. He said a division bench of PHC directed PIPOS authorities to allow the petitioner to participate in recruitment for the said posts.
